These group classes are suitable for practitioners of all ages and abilities and are designed to strengthen and tone the muscles, regulate the body’s energy, and reduce stress. Each class will include yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and relaxation. No previous experience necessary.
Monthly Restorative on Zoom
Sundays 20:00-21:15 GMT
These group classes are suitable for practitioners of all ages and abilities and are designed to relax and restore as well as regulate the body’s energy, and reduce stress. Each class will include supported yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and relaxation. No previous experience necessary.
