These 60 minute classes are suitable for yoga enthusiasts of all ages and abilities and are designed to strengthen and tone the muscles, regulate the body's energy, and reduce stress.
Each class will include yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and relaxation.

YOFLICKS ONLINE CLASSES
Beginners & Mixed Level
Any time from the comfort of your home with a YoFlicks subscription you can follow along with pre-recorded classes of mine.
Currently I have a mix of styles of classes recorded:
Hatha for intermediate
Restorative for all levels
Chair Yoga
After Work Yoga
LIVE ONLINE BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE via Zoom
Hatha style beginners class
Wednesdays 18:30-19:30 GMT
4 week course
This 4 week course is suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities who have never practiced yoga before or who have not done so in a while and want to get back to it. Each class will include yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and relaxation. No previous experience necessary.

1:1 YOGA SESSIONS
1:1 Yoga Class Instruction
Arranged by appointment
1:1 yoga classes are tailor designed to each individual and can be varied in duration. Each class will include yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and relaxation. No previous experience necessary.

LIVE ONLINE RESTORATIVE YOGA via Zoom
SUNDAYS 20:00-21:15 GMT
MONTHLY
Soothe you Soul Sunday session of Restorative Yoga:
This style of yoga is suitable for people of all ages and ability but is especially wonderful if you have an injury and cannot do weight bearing exercises.
Some props are needed like cushions/pillows/bolsters/books/blocks and yoga belt.
All classes are fully guided and you will be able to relax and restore from the comfort of your home via Zoom.

ABOUT MY PRACTICE
A Life of Balance
I’ve been a certified Yoga Instructor since October 2018. I've been practicing since 2008. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing.
I mainly instruct a gentle Hatha flow inspired by my many wonderful teachers and students over the past few years.
I also incorporate a faster paced Vinyasa flow in a number of my weekly led classes and self practice.
